Christmas Eve!

Daddy got off from work, yay! So we had a relaxing day opening stockings in the morning and went over to U. Darren, A. Claire and cousins house for Christmas dinner. A. Mishy was also there. It was a fun day.

The kids were so excited about the stockings and had so much fun taking all their little gifts out. Conner still talks about everything he got and how it happened and even little Trevor really got into it. It was so much fun to watch.

Here's a couple pix...

Pix are a bit of out order, but hopefully these will be fun to look at. The kids just LOVED Sea World!

Visit to SD

Early in December we made a short visit to SD for business and got a little time to visit with family too. Conner and Trevor and I had a great time with Marco and Feli, Noelle and Dean and we also got to visit for a bit with Mike, Nina and co (tho I didn't get any pix there). We also had a little Cmas event with the kids as they each had little presents for each other.

Here are a few pix of the cousins having some fun together and our mini cmas event...

No visit is complete without some ice-cream time. :)

Trevor loved Grammy's "Peter Rabbit"...

December memories...

Early in December we went to our hometown, community Cmas parade. It was so much fun (though a bit long for the kids)! They had lots of marching bands (a favorite for the boys), floats, car show, and ended with tree lighting ceremony and carols. The tree lighting was also very fun for the boys as they had a countdown and then the tree lite up, so Conner thought he helped turn the tree lights on. Here are a couple pix from that night, none of the pix of the actual parade turned out as it was too dark and I forgot my camera so these are all phone camera shots...pardon the quality.

This is a car that was just on the side of the road, Conner thought it looked like Lightning and LOVED it.

This pix below is right before the parade...

The Zoo was also doing a night time cmas light event called "Zoo Lights"... so we took the kids to that one evening. Pix aren't the best, as once again, we forgot our camera and used a phone camera and it was dark, etc...but hope they'll be fun anyway.

Conner and Daddy on the train ride, it was all lit up.

Walking around the Zoo at night, yes, it was freezing!

Happy New Year 2012!

I'm very behind in blogging but I wanted to get a line in tonight (as it seemed significant) to say "Happy 2012 Everyone"! I know this last year was huge to almost everyone I know or have come across, so to those who still read this blog (and to those who don't)...you are in my thoughts and prayers! And it is my prayer and hope that this new year looks up in every way to everyone and is truly one of your best yet!

Welcome new year! I look forward to you with hope!

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

December is finally here!!!...and it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Our Christmas tree and decor is finally up, carols are rolling, the weather is crisp and cool...ahhh! So much to be excited about!

This Christmas season so far has been doubly exciting for me as Conner seems to be understanding what's going on and excited about it and excited to participate. This year he got to decorate the little baby tree we've had since he was born and he was sooo excited to do that. He say it's "his tree, not Trevor's or Mom's" ha. And he guards it quite well from Trevor too, ha! It's really fun for me to see the excitement of Christmas through his little eyes too.

Here's a little clip of Conner with his tree saying "Merry Christmas" in case you don't quite catch it as well as a few other pix.

Wishing everyone a wonderful, joyous, healthy and stress-free Christmas season!

And PS: Until I find a more "Chrismassy" background picture...don't mind this one.
