We went to a rodeo!

They had a lot of fun events - Saddle Bronc and Bareback Riding, Wild Cow Milking, Steer Wrestling, Tie-Down Roping, Team Roping, Barrel Racing and of course -- Bull Riding!! We got to see most of the events and it was fun that Conner really enjoyed it too. They also had pony rides for little kids, which they both LOVED, Trevor even cried when he had to get off the pony. They also gave out free chocolate or strawberry milk -- this was the first time the boys had tried it and needless to say, they loved it!!

I took a few pix...not too many as I was mostly trying to keep Trevor happy and enjoy the show, but here's a few to show the fun.

Biking fun!

My kids have both really gotten into biking and it's so cute watching them ride around. A while back we got Conner a bike without pedals (which sounds odd but is actually quite good at teaching kids the concept of riding bikes), which he just passed down to Trevor having gotten one with pedals for his birthday. Trevor just recently got the hang of it (he's only 21 months) and now they can both go for mini bike rides around the parks. Yesterday they rode around the park for an hour! It's so cute to watch them ride around together and lots of good exercise too! Here's some clips and pix...

A. Danni, Trei and Desi came for a weekend so we got to celebrate with them. Thank you guys for driving all that way and making his birthday so special.

Conner's birthday celebrations!
